I’m delighted to announce that I’ll be reading at Verbalise, the beloved spoken word and open mic night at Brewery Arts in Kendal, on Saturday, 31st May 2025! As an author and poet, I’m beyond excited to share my work with the vibrant Cumbrian literary community and connect with fellow word enthusiasts in this warm, welcoming space.

Verbalise is a cornerstone of Brewery Arts’ community events, known for bringing together emerging voices and established writers in a celebration of spoken word, poetry, storytelling, and more. Starting at 7:30pm in the Malt Room Cabaret, the evening promises a feast of words, with open mic slots for performers to share their creations (up to 4 minutes each) and a featured guest poet to inspire us all. I’m honored to take the stage and share my poetry, which explores the intersections of personal experience, humor, and the beauty of everyday life.
